Choice International allots 25 lakh shares

Choice International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2009, has allotted 2500000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 5/- each to promoter & others on preferential basis.

The company shifted the registered office of the Company from A/8, Narayan Plaza, 1st Floor, 26- A, Off Saki Vihar Road, Chandivali, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400072 to 202, Chartered House, Dr. C H Street, Dhobi Talab, Marine Lines, Mumbai - 400002.

The company appointed Nikita Chirania as compliance officer in place of Mr. Kamal Poddar (Managing Director).

The company also appointed Mr. Satish Kulhari as additional independent director.
