Webel-Sl Energy to consider name change, preferential issue on May 30, 2009

Webel-Sl Energy Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2009, to consider changing the name of the Company.

To raise additional capital in the form of QIP / Preferential Allotment / Warrants to about Rs 100 crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.133.40, down by Rs.7 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.145 and low of Rs.133.40.

The total traded quantity was 12321 compared to 2 week average of 15040.
