MVL Industries adjourns Board Meeting to consider preferential issue

MVL Industries Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on May 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record the proposal to issue convertible warrants on preferential basis to Promoters and Promoters Group is adjourned till May 26, 2009.
