Tech Mahindra allots 47700 Equity Shares under ESOP

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 25, 2009, for issue and allotment of a total of 47,700 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).
