Dolphin Medical clarifies on news item

With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Dolphin Medical in limelight", Dolphin Medical Services Ltd has clarified as under:

"We hereby state and declare in no uncertain terms that it is purely beyond our knowledge and comprehension. There is no director by name Mr S Rao in our Company as published in the news item. This item appears to have been made up of a combination of some items gathered from our published data and also some more items without basis."

"We have also not authorized any body either in our Company or any PR agency to issue any press release of any sort on our behalf".
