Bank of India Board declares interim dividend

Bank of India has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on December 04, 2006 has declared interim dividend @20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share for the financial year 2006-07.

The Bank has fixed December 20, 2006 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Dividend Warrants will be payable at par to the shareholders from December 30, 2006.
