Sarvatra Builders EGM approves change of name to Venus Ventures Ltd

Sarvatra Builders Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 04, 2006 have approved the change the name of the Company from "Ten Media Ltd" to "Venus Ventures Ltd" & consequential amendments in Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the Central Government / Registrar of Companies.
