K Sera Sera to acquire Lemon TV

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a shareholder’s agreement with the Promoters of Lemon Entertainment Pvt Ltd (Lemon) (Formerly known as Hamara Samay TV News Network Pvt Ltd) for acquisition of 80 % shareholding in Lemon subject to statutory approvals. On the transfer of shares under the aforesaid agreement, Lemon shall be a subsidiary of the Company.

Lemon Entertainment Pvt Ltd is running a TV channel by the name Lemon TV.
