Opto Circuits to acquire Medical Equipment Company in Europe

Opto Circuits India Ltd has announced that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a Medical Equipment Company in Europe. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of balloon catheter assemblies and related products for coronary, renal and other applications.

The acquisition is estimated at Rs 72.00 crores and is subject to financial and legal due-diligence.
