NEPC India to consider forming hotel chain, enter tourism business

NEPC India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 07, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To note the progress in the development and to announce the date of launch of new product: POWER HOUSE IN-HOUSE. (GHAR MEIN BIJLEE GHAR)

2. To consider and explore possibility of new lines of business activities viz. establishment and construction of Chains of Hotels at prominent locations in Chennai, Coimbatore and near Tirupur in the State of Tamil Nadu.

3. To consider and explore possibility of generation of funds out of internal accruals for the above lines of business.

. To consider alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association by way of inclusion of the following proposed new lines of business in the main Objects of the Company:

- To carry on the Business of establishment and construction of Chains of Hotels and its management.

- To provide all types of facilities and engaged in business of tourism promotion, tours, travels and related activities.

- To enter into foreign collaboration, contract, agency agreement for establishment, construction, operation, management and maintenance of hotel chains, tourism promotion, tours and ravels.

5. To approve the name for the proposed new line of business of hotel chains establishment and management.
