Anik Industries Board recommends dividend

Anik Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting held on December 02, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 11% on Equity Share Capital of Rs 2775.35 lacs which includes 6642956 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to be allotted to the shareholders of merging company.
