Kanpur Plastipack to issue shares on rights basis

Kanpur Plastipack Ltd has announced that in view of the proposed expansion cum modernization exercise, the Company is finalizing means of finance including issue of shares on right basis, hence a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 11, 2006 inter alia, to consider the issue of shares on rights basis as well as increase of the Authorized Capital and other allied matters.
