Shaw Wallace & Company Amalgamation of Subsidiary Companies

Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shaw Wallace Financial Services Ltd with Shaw Wallace Breweries Ltd, both subsidiaries of the Company has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Courts of Calcutta and Bombay on October 26, 2006 and December 01, 2006, respectively.
