Dhampur Sugar Mills Board recommends dividend

Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2006, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. Recommended dividend for FY 2005-06 @ 10% subject to necessary approvals.

2. The Board has approved the Revised Expansion plans of Rs 723 Crore.
