Hon'ble High Court, Bombay approves Scheme of Amalgamation of Pioneer Embroideries

Pioneer Embroideries Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, at the hearing held on December 01, 2006, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Royal Embroideries Pvt Ltd (Group Company) and Grant Apparel Pvt Ltd (Wholly-owned Subsidiary Company) with the Company.
