Hon'ble High Court, Delhi approves Scheme of Arrangement between Flex Industries, Flex Engineering, FCL Technologies

Flex Engineering Ltd has announced that the Honourable High Court of Delhi vide its Order dated October 06, 2006 read with Order dated November 09, 2006 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement inter-alia involving the following:

1. Amalgamation of Flex Securities Ltd with the Company.

2. Amalgamation of the Company (post amalgamation of Flex Securities Ltd with the Company) and FCL Technologies & Products Ltd with Flex Industries Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened to be held on November 30, 2006 inter-alia to note the detailed Order of the Honourable High Court of Delhi approving the Scheme of Arrangement.
