Opto Circuits clarifies on news item regarding overseas acquisition

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading portal titled "Opto Circuits close to announcing an overseas acquisition; Deal likely to be around 30-35 mn euro", Opto Circuits India Ltd has clarified that as a part of its business strategy, the Company is on a constant lookout for acquisitions and during this process, the Company has approached a number of Companies, here and abroad. However, the Company is yet to finalize any such deal.
