Pentium Infotech to foray into Infrastructure & Construction Business

Pentium Infotech Ltd has announced that, with a view to tap the best opportunities available and with the increasing demand in the construction and infrastructure business. The board of the director of the Company has decided to enter this business. The initial investment approved for the same is Rs. 80 million by the board of the Company.

The Company is also looking for and negotiating for the tie up of construction and infrastructure related projects approved by the government with the property Developers and some industries in the infrastructure held.

The current move in constructions and infrastructure business of Company will enhance the shareholder value for the Company.
