J Kumar Infraprojects to issue 40 lakh warrants

J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2009, inter alia, has to issue 40,00,000 Convertible Warrants @ Rs 10.00 each on a premium as determined / fixed by the Statutory Authority on the basis of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000, was adopted by the Board.

The Board has decided to conduct the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on May 20, 2009 for the approval of shareholders for issue / allotment of 40,00,000 Share Warrants to the promoters & promoters group & other Investors.

The stock closed the day at Rs.63.40, up by Rs.4.55 or 7.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.64.70 and low of Rs.57.20.

The total traded quantity was 71656 compared to 2 week average of 26616.
