JK Dairy & Foods EGM approves name change to Umang Dairies Ltd

JK Dairy & Foods Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 15, 2006, have accorded to change the name of the Company from "JK Dairy & Foods Ltd" to "Umang Dairies Ltd" and consequential amendments in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
