Unitech allots 421064935 shares

Unitech Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company in its meeting held on April 22, 2009, has allotted of 421064935 equity shares of Rs 2/- each at issue price of Rs 38.50 per share to 55 QIBs allottees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.75, down by Rs.1.55 or 3.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.30 and low of Rs.44.
