CHD Developers to consider warrants issue on Apr 30, 2009

CHD Developers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the issue / allotment of Convertible Warrants to non promoters who had shown their interest.

The stock was trading at Rs.4.38, down by Rs.0.19 or 4.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.74 and low of Rs.4.38.
