Shriram City Union Board to consider interim dividend

Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 30, 2006, inter alia, to approve the audited results of the Company for the half-year ended September 30, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, at the same meeting, the Board will also be considering the declaration of interim dividend to the equity shareholders for the year 2006-2007.
