Maharashtra Industrial Board approves allotment of bonus shares in the ratio of 5:3

Maharashtra Industrial Leasing & Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 22, 2006, has resolved that 22,08,333 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each be allotted to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 5:3.
