Thiru Arooran Sugars Board recommends dividend

Thiru Arooran Sugars Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2006, inter alia, has recommended payment of Dividend of Rs 1.80 per Equity Share (18%) for the year ended September 30, 2006.
