Walchandnagar Industries Board recommends dividend

Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 45% on the equity shares of Rs 10/- each i.e. Rupees Four & fifty Paise only per share.
