VMF Softech allots 450000 Shares

VMF Softech Ltd has announced that Sreevidya Chintam and Krishna Reddy Chintam have informed the Company that they have been allotted 4,50,000 equity shares each by the Board. They have also informed that as a result of this allotment, they together own 9.75% of the total equity.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.86, up by Rs.0.32 or 4.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.86 and low of Rs.6.41.

The total traded quantity was 3620 compared to 2 week average of 13897.
