Bannari Amman Sugars redeems preference shares

Bannari Amman Sugars Ltd has announced that the Company has redeemed 18,46,000 - 9% Redeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each (unlisted) allotted to a shareholder under the scheme of amalgamation of M/s Maheswara Sugars Ltd with the Company on March 30, 2009.
