Hotel Leelaventure cancels Euro 1 Million worth FCCBs

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased and cancelled 1000 units of the Euro 1% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds aggregating to the Face Value of Euro 1 Million.

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has repurchased Euro 1% Convertible Bonds - due 2010 with maturity of September 2010. The Nominal Amount of bonds worth Euro 1 Million (Face Value) has been repurchased an cancelled.

With the above repurchase, the aggregate value of repurchase of Bonds amounts to EURO 12.20 million (face value) as on March 31, 2009.

The amount of Bonds outstanding after this repurchase is Euro 39.20 Million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.10, up by Rs.0.50 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.40 and low of Rs.18.40.

The total traded quantity was 272432 compared to 2 week average of 179829.
