Pondy Oxides Board to approves bonus issue

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2006, inter alia, to consider and approve the ratio of bonus to the equity shareholders of the Company.
