Serve All Enterprise Solutions Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, scheduled to be held on November 25, 2006, for considering the Merger Plan between the Company and CES Pvt Ltd has been postponed as the Audit of the Annual Accounts of CES Pvt Ltd for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 has not been completed.
