Maharashtra Industrial Board to approve allotment of bonus shares

Maharashtra Industrial Leasing & Investments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2006 to approve the list of shareholders to whom the Allotment of Shares will be made in respect of Bonus Issue of 5:3.
