Neogem India to consider conversion of 1565000 warrants on March 31, 2009

Neogem India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2009, inter alia, to consider the conversion of 15,65,000 equity share warrants into equity shares and their allotment thereof as per the terms of the resolution passed by the members of the Company in their Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2008.
