Classic Diamonds to consider warrants issue on Mar 23, 2009

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2009, for considering the issue of Preferential Warrants to the Promoters of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.85, down by Rs.0.19 or 2.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.20 and low of Rs.6.80.
