Pankaj Polymers to issue Notice of Postal Ballot to dispose production facility

Pankaj Polymers Ltd has announced that the members of the Company will consider to approve the Ordinary Resolution by way of Postal Ballot to transfer, sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the Production facility of the Company situated at Nagpur, Maharashtra, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.

The Company has appointed Mr S Chidambaram, a practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.

The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before December 23, 2006. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the result of the postal ballot will be announced through Press advertisements.
