Ruchi Soya Industries Updates on Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Param Industries Ltd (Param) with the Company and their respective shareholders envisaging amalgamation of Param into the Company.

The certified copies of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court are awaited.

On receipt of certified copies of Order of Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, passed in regard to Scheme of Amalgamation of Param into the Company, the Company will make the Scheme effective by filing the certified true copy of the said Order with Registrar of Companies.
