Allsec Technologies Corrigendum to Open Offer

Yes Bank Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of First Carlyle Ventures Mauritius ("Acquirer") along with Carlyle Asia Growth Partners III, L.P. & CAGP III Co-Investment, L.P. ("Person Acting in Concert"/ ("PACs")) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the equity shareholders of Allsec Technologies Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the original Public Announcement ("PA") dated August 29, 2006. The Shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the following developments / amendments with respect to and in connection with the PA:
