Balrampur Chini Board recommends dividend

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2006, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 150% i.e. Rs 1.50 per share on the equity shares (face value Re 1) of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2006.
