JMC Projects Clarifies on Allotment of equity shares announcement

With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 09, 2006 JMC Projects India Ltd has clarified that the allotment of 2,86,507 Equity Shares has been done pursuant to warrant conversion applications received during the month of October, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, there were typographical errors in the earlier announcement that the allotment has been done for application received in the month of September, 2006.
