Hazoor Media Board to recommend dividend

Hazoor Media & Power Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 22, 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended August 31, 2006 and also to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the year ended August 31, 2006.
