Bilcare to issue warrants on preferential basis

Bilcare Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 23, 2006, inter alia, to discuss and consider issuance of Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis to Promoter Group, subject to the required approval, including approval of members of the Company.
