Shrenuj & Company equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company at its court convened meeting held on November 06, 2006, have unanimously passed the Scheme of Amalgamation of Moon Diamonds Ltd and Shrenuj Diamonds Pvt Ltd and Lavanya Jewels Ltd with the Company.
