Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd on November 13, 2006 has announced that the Company has filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed offering of American Depositary Shares, or ADSs of up to 13.5 million shares, excluding the underwriter's over-allotment option.
The Form F-3 filed on November 13, 2006, does not contain any information regarding the terms and conditions of the proposed ADS offering. The Company will file a Prospectus Supplement in due course.
