Fedders Lloyd acquires 25 acres to set up complex at Vrindavan

Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd has announced that the company had diversified in the field of infrastructure development and for the said purpose the object clause of MOA was amended by inserting the new clause.

As a step towards embarking with the aforesaid plans, the company had acquired approx. 25 acres of land in Vrindavan for the development of residential and commercial complex subject to the necessary sanctions / approvals of the concerned statutory authorities.

The Company is in advanced stages of acquiring land in various cities for similar venture.
