Viceroy Hotels equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Viceroy Hotels Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh, at Hyderabad, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on November 16, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Blue Fox Bar and Restaurant Pvt Ltd, Café D’Lake Pvt Ltd, Minerva Hotels Pvt Ltd, Minerva Coffee Shop Pvt Ltd, Minerva Restaurant Pvt Ltd, Banjara Hospitalities Pvt Ltd, Minerva Hospitalities Pvt Ltd, Crustum Products Pvt Ltd and Minerva Enterprises Pvt Ltd and their respective shareholders.
