Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced that the Company has submitted Bid with Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), for construction of 28 newly built Offshore Vessels on behalf of a leading Norwegian Shipyard viz. HAVYARD LEIRVIKAS.
