iGate signs a Strategic IT partnership agreement with Radian Group Inc, a leading global credit enhancement provider

iGate Global Solutions Ltd on November 13, 2006 has announced signing a key technology services agreement with Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN), the provider of innovative credit solutions to the global financial and capital markets.

As per the agreement the Company will be a strategic partner for managing Radian's application portfolio needs. The Company will initially provide Radian with core technology services across a range of key MI (Mortgage Insurance) platforms and infrastructure, backed by their significant techno-domain expertise in the areas of Mortgage and Insurance operations.

With this partnership we also get into the mortgage insurance and credit enhancement space with a client who is seeking to grow their operations internationally.
