Aksh Optifibre creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that as per the directions of Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, at Jaipur, the meetings of the Secured Creditors & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on November 17, 2006, & November 18, 2006 respectively for the purpose of considering and if, thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation between Aksh Broadband Ltd and the Company.
