Viceroy Hotels shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation / Arrangement

Viceroy Hotels Ltd has announced that as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, a meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on November 16, 2006, to approve the scheme of amalgamation / arrangement in connection with the Merger of Various entitites owned by the promoters with the Company.
