Provogue India to disinvest shares of Acme Hotels & Hospitality Pvt Ltd

Provogue India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has decided to disinvest the shares of its subsidiary Acme Hotels & Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
